COBBLE HEIGHTS REALTY Inc. opened its doors in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn  in 1987--right after the stock market plunge that fall.  Like most New Yorkers, we Brooklynites immediately dug in and discovered new ways of doing real estate, offering the public fresh, workable incentives both in terms of sales and rentals.  It all worked, so much so that we added a sister office--HEIGHTS BERKELEY REALTY Inc.--in Park Slope, just a few years later.
